Manage hospital branches and linen categories. Each branch and category has a 2-character "tag code" used to encode RFID tags as [Hospital code][Category code][Unique number] (e.g. MBBS000123 = Main Branch, Bedsheet, item 000123).
Create users and assign roles. Each role defines per-tab View/Edit/Delete access and which hospital branches it can see.
